Get to Know Me

Devoted and inspired Yoga Instructor with over 15 years of deep personal practice.  Guiding students through a harmonious blend of movement, breath, and stillness. Rooted in the wisdom of traditional yoga and enriched by modern, innovative modalities. I hold certifications in 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and Sound Bath Healing, along with advanced teacher training in SUP Yoga Paddle Boarding. My classes are thoughtfully crafted to be a sanctuary—spaces where all students feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to explore their own path. With a teaching style that marries mindful alignment, restorative stillness, and the healing resonance of sound. I strive to awaken vitality in the body, clarity of the mind, and peace in spirit. Each practice is not just exercise, but a transformative journey toward balance, presence, and self-discovery. As a Registered nurse with over a decade in the healthcare field, I understand how stressful life can be, which is why my focus is primarily on helping my fellow yogis find a space that is just for them. A space where you can relax, breathe and decompress. Join Grounded Glow Yoga for outdoor sessions at Solitary Cellars, a unique pop-up event. Join us Thursdays, (Dates to be announced) arrive early to grab a glass (or a bottle) of solitary cellars incredible wine and join us on the mat at 5pm ready to wine-down, stretch, and release the stressors of the day. Weekly wine & yoga sessions, promoting relaxation in a supportive community atmosphere.
